Coking
KÜTTNER supplies plants for conveying and processing of raw coal as well as for charging of the coal tower.
At the wharf or behind the coke dry cooling the raw coke is taken and screened into the fractions most beneficial for the blast furnace operation. KÜTTNER provides the complete screening plant with the conveying system, stabilization via controlled dropping into the quenching car, screening system, sampling and monitoring equipment and the dedusting of the individual components.

Sinter plant / dioxin removal
The gas cleaning system of a sinter plant removes dioxins from large gas volumes economically and process integrated utilizing one or multiple stages.
With injection of activated carbon in front of the filter the adsorption process takes place only within the dust flow during the retention time between injection and separation in the electrostatic precipitator.

Sinter plant / gas cleaning
The cleaning of the process gases from sinter plants complying with the TA Luft (Clean Air Act, Germany) is achieved via flat bag filters with conditioning rotor. Adding treatment agents such as lime and activated carbon, toxic components like SO2, PCDD/F, HCl, HF and heavy metals like Pb and Hg are separated safely. The plant operates in bypass and therefore can be installed during operation of the sinter plant and operated independently from it.
