As part of the orientation of companies of the Küttner group internationally the following changes have been decided upon:

1. Küttner–GHW Gesellschaft für Hüttenwerksanlagen has been renamed Küttner Energy GmbH. |
2. Küttner Trier GmbH has been renamed Küttner Automation GmbH. |
3. Küttner Bernsdorf GmbH has been renamed Küttner Non Ferrous GmbH. In future we want to concentrate here on
non-ferrous metal (copper, lead, zinc, alluminium) activities. |
4. Since 01.09.2008 Kuttner (UK) Ltd., former Active Compost Ltd., is member of Küttner Group and is mainly engaged in
energy and environmental technology. |
5. In June 2009 Küttner Group acquired majority of shares of CTU - Conzepte Technik Umwelt AG
CTU – Conzepte Technik Umwelt AG will continue working independently under their own name in their technology segments.

KÜTTNER was founded in 1949 by Dr. Küttner as an engineering company and has ever since developed into a group of
companies mainly working in plant engineering and construction.
Turnkey installations for process, melting and material handling in the iron and steel as well as in the foundry industry and environmental industry are built.
Services include development of new technologies, engineering and planning, supply, installation, and start up of complete plants with controls and data processing systems.
The KÜTTNER Group employs more than 600 people worldwide. The majority of the owners work within the company. |
